The fill begins from treated mineral water rather than plain supply water. That single decision is most of the difference between a clean lemon soda and a cloudy one.
Batch level carbonation checks
Pressure is verified before a batch is released. A goli soda with weak fizz fails at the counter, so this is the check we are strictest about.
Licensed and coded
Manufactured under FSSAI licence 20926012000879. Date of manufacture, batch number and expiry are coded on the cap, neck or base of every bottle.

What exactly is goli soda?
Goli soda, also called banta or marble soda, is a carbonated lemon drink sealed by a glass marble held in the neck of the bottle by the pressure of the gas inside. You push the marble down to open it. It has been sold in India for well over a century and is one of the few soft drinks people are genuinely nostalgic about.
What goes into the drink?
Mineral water, sugar, carbon dioxide, nature identical flavouring substances (lemon), salt, emulsifying and stabilizing agent (INS 331, INS 414), acidity regulator (INS 296), permitted synthetic food colour (INS 102), permitted class II preservative (E211).
Is Zeros vegetarian?
Yes. The bottle carries the green vegetarian mark, and the full ingredient declaration is printed on every label.
Can you manufacture goli soda under our own label?

How should the product be stored?
Best enjoyed chilled. Keep stock in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and consume within five days. Do not accept stock where the cap seal is broken.
