What comes with the territory.

A serious distribution partnership works only when both sides know what they are responsible for. This is the support Zeros brings.

Clear territory terms

Territory boundaries and exclusivity, where approved, are written into the final agreement. Availability is confirmed for the applicant’s exact area before commitment.

Direct plant pricing

You buy straight from the Amb unit. There is no super stockist taking a cut in between unless you choose to work under one.

Margin built into the print

Your approved commercial terms are confirmed in writing for the proposed territory and route before supply begins.

Coolers and crates

Returnable crates support route handling. Branded cooling or display support is discussed separately and depends on approved volume and commercial terms.

Point of sale support

Shop boards, posters and campaign artwork help retailers present Zeros as a clear, recognizable beverage brand.

Direct human support

You get a direct number for orders and problems. Complaints reach the plant team instead of disappearing into a generic queue.

What we look for in a partner.

If you already distribute food or beverages, much of this may already be part of your operation.

  • GST registration and PAN in the firm name
  • FSSAI registration for trade and distribution
  • Covered godown space for safe stock handling
  • A delivery vehicle or reliable transport arrangement
  • Working capital for the opening loads
  • Retail relationships in the proposed territory

Before you apply

Straight answers to the questions most distributors ask before starting a review.

How much investment does a distributorship need?

It scales with the territory. A single town usually starts with a small opening load and a modest godown. A district or a super stockist position needs enough working capital to hold stock for a full replenishment cycle plus a delivery vehicle. We give you a real figure for your specific area on the first call rather than quoting a range that means nothing.

What margin does a Zeros distributor make?

Your buy rate, resale plan and operating costs are reviewed for your area and expected load. The approved rate and terms are confirmed in writing before supply begins.

Is the territory really exclusive?

Exclusivity is not assumed from a form submission. Where Sagar Beverages approves an exclusive area, its boundaries and conditions are written into the final agreement. The team confirms the current position for your exact town before asking you to commit.

How long does the process take?

Timing depends on territory checks, documents, commercial approval, stock planning and transport. After the first enquiry, the team explains the next steps and does not promise a dispatch date until those items are complete.

Do you supply outside north India?

Right now we supply Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and the Gorakhpur belt of Uttar Pradesh from a single plant in Amb. We are opening new regions as capacity allows, so send the enquiry even if you are outside these states and we will tell you where you stand.

Can I sell Zeros alongside other beverage brands?

Yes. Most of our distributors already carry a portfolio. We only ask that you do not carry a directly competing goli soda in the same territory, for obvious reasons.

Ready to put a real route on paper?

Tell us about your business, proposed territory and expected volume. We will discuss the detailed operating plan during screening.
