The investment and operating structure follows the market case and the partner’s capability. Every appointment still needs technical validation and written terms.
ZERO’S funds the approved plant and receives all plant sales revenue. The partner runs day to day operations and receives an agreed percentage of sales. The calculation and payment terms are set in writing.
