Plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not a privacy policy. This covers what happens to the details you send us through this site.
What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form on this site we collect the details you type into it. That means your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, state, the partnership you are interested in, the volume you expect to handle and any message you add.
The partner document desk also records the documents requested, email verification, business role, funding and premises readiness statements, market and outlet plan, operating experience, conflict declarations, application score, approval status and download history.
The distributor application additionally records principal responsibility, entity and registration status, proposed market, outlet reach, storage, delivery, route, credit, collections, funding and conflict declarations, review score, onboarding milestones and guide download history.
The qualification form asks whether evidence is ready, but it does not upload KYC files, bank statements or identity documents. Do not email sensitive evidence unless our team has made a controlled request and explained what is required.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. That is the whole purpose. Your details let us call you back with pricing, check whether your territory is available and send you the information you asked for.
For document requests, we use the details to verify the applicant, issue expiring download links, review eligibility, prevent repeated misuse and manage an approved partner through onboarding.
We may keep a record of the enquiry so that if you come back to us later we already know the history rather than starting again.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details to anyone. We do not pass them to data brokers or lead resellers, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
We do not send newsletters or promotional messages unless you have specifically asked us to.
Who can see it
Enquiries are handled by our own team at Sagar Beverages. They are stored on our systems and on the hosting and email services we use to run the business.
Administrators can see the application, review score, decision, download times and onboarding record. Download security records use a one way technical fingerprint of the network address rather than storing the address in plain text.
We share details with a third party only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a reasonable business purpose, for example an ongoing conversation or an active partnership. After that we remove them.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do it.
Cookies and measurement
We do not set advertising cookies or run advertising tags. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Accept in the consent banner, and is used to understand which pages and contact routes are useful.
If you decline, the analytics library is not loaded. Your consent choice is stored in your browser so the site can respect it on later visits.
