Partnering with Zeros
How do I become a Zeros distributor?
Send the enquiry form on the distributor page with your city and the volume you can realistically move. We reply within one working day with pricing, the margin structure and an honest answer on whether your area is open. Most partnerships reach first dispatch inside two weeks.
What investment does a distributorship need?
It scales with the territory. A single town starts with a modest opening load and a small godown. A district or super stockist position needs working capital for a full replenishment cycle plus a delivery vehicle. We give you a real number for your specific area rather than a range that means nothing.
Do you give exclusive territory rights?
Yes, written into the agreement. Appointing two distributors into one area only produces price cutting and a brand nobody trusts. If your town is already covered we will tell you plainly and point you at what is available nearby.
What paperwork do I need?
A GST registration and PAN in the firm name, an FSSAI registration for trade, and a current bank account. Anyone already distributing food or beverage will have all of it in place.
What is the difference between a distributor, a super stockist and a franchise partner?
A distributor services retailers inside a defined area. A super stockist supplies distributors underneath them across a division or state. A franchise partner takes a regional right and, in the bottling model, may manufacture under our licence. They are three different scales of the same relationship.
Can I carry other beverage brands as well?
Yes, and most of our partners do. We only ask that you do not carry a directly competing goli soda in the same territory.
The product
What is goli soda?
Goli soda, also known as banta or marble soda, is a carbonated lemon drink sealed by a glass marble held in the neck of the bottle by the gas pressure inside. You push the marble down to open it. It has been sold in India for over a century.
What is the price and the pack size?
A 300 ml bottle printed at ₹30 inclusive of all taxes, packed 24 bottles per case. Trade and distributor rates are lower and are shared on enquiry.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The bottle carries the green vegetarian mark and the full ingredient declaration is printed on the label.
How do I drink it?
Remove the seal, press the marble down until it drops, mix in the masala sachet as much as you like, and drink it cold. The pop is half the point.
How should stock be stored?
Best enjoyed chilled. Keep it in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and finish within five days. Do not accept stock where the cap seal is broken.
Supply and orders
What is the minimum order?
It depends on your distance from the Amb plant. Buyers inside Himachal and the Punjab belt can start small because our vehicles already run those routes. Longer distances need enough volume to justify a load. Send your city and we will give you the exact figure.
Which areas do you supply?
Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and the Gorakhpur belt of Uttar Pradesh, all from our unit in Amb. New regions open as capacity allows, so enquire even if you are outside these states.
How is stock delivered?
In crates on our own vehicles for nearby routes and by booked transport for longer runs. Crates cut breakage substantially, which matters on a glass marble bottle.
Can I buy in bulk without becoming a distributor?
Yes. Plenty of traders, hotels, canteens and event suppliers buy in bulk without holding a territory. If your volume grows to where a distributorship would earn you more, we will raise it with you.
